Attorney Gary Huebner earned his law degree in 1995 and was admitted to the Connecticut state bar later that year. He is also admitted to practice in the Connecticut federal district courts. He is a member of the New London County Bar Association and Connecticut Bar Association.

 Attorney Huebner is a graduate of the University of Connecticut and Western New England University School of Law.
